Assurance that the arrangement is doing what it should, all year round

An arrangement is only as good as its behaviour on an ordinary Tuesday. We watch the service continuously, check it on a schedule, report what we find and handle anything unexpected ourselves, telling your organisation plainly what happened.

We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 10 or more staff who need access.

Continuous checks

We keep an eye on the state of the arrangement as part of operating it. Are the enrolled machines still the ones we expect. Have the roles drifted from the staffing. Is anything reaching further than the design intended. Most of these checks are quiet and uneventful, and that is the point. A service that behaves exactly as designed is a service nobody has to think about.

When a check finds something worth attention, we act on our side first and then tell you. You are not handed a list of tasks to complete. You are told what we found, what we did and whether any decision is needed from your organisation, which is usually a yes or no.

Scheduled reviews and assurance reporting

  • Monthly summary. A short account of activity, changes and any matter that arose during the month.
  • Quarterly access review. The formal comparison of the arrangement against current roles, with recommendations.
  • Annual assurance report. A fuller statement of how the arrangement was operated over the year, suitable for management or a board.
  • On-demand extract. A prepared view of anything specific your organisation needs to see.
L1

Always watching

The arrangement is monitored as it runs, so drift is noticed and corrected rather than left to grow.

L2

Checked on schedule

Formal reviews at agreed intervals, each ending in a readable summary and clear recommendations.

L3

Reported plainly

Findings explained in ordinary language, with the decisions you need to make stated clearly.

Incidents handled

Unexpected events are dealt with by us, then described to you in full, including what we changed.

When something unexpected happens

No arrangement is entirely without surprises. A machine is reported lost. A partner's access is used at an odd hour. A role looks wider than it should. When something like this occurs, we take it on. We contain the immediate issue on our side, gather what the record shows, and bring your organisation a plain account: what happened, what we did about it, and what we recommend next.

You will not be left to work out whether an event matters, nor to puzzle over raw output. Our job is to turn an incident into a short, honest explanation and a resolved position, and to record both so the history is complete.

Assurance as a standing promise

Because we both run the service and watch it, there is no gap between the people who might notice a problem and the people who can fix it. That is a significant advantage over arrangements that are set up by one party and inspected, at best, by another. Your organisation gets one account, one route for questions, and one ongoing assurance that the access it depends on is managed deliberately rather than assumed.
