Questions organisations ask before working with us

These are the questions we hear most often from managers, operations leads and owners. If yours is not here, the contact page reaches a person who can answer it properly.

We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 10 or more staff who need access.

The service in plain terms

What exactly does Deskuria do?

We design, configure and operate the arrangements that let an organisation's own staff, contractors and partners reach its internal systems from wherever they work. We handle the setup and the running of that arrangement, including identity checks, policy, requests, records and assurance.

Who is the service for?

Businesses and organizations of ten or more staff who need access to internal systems. That includes professional firms, agencies, schools, administrative clinic teams, engineering practices and non-profits. We are a business-only provider and do not serve consumers or home users.

Do you help individuals or households?

No. Our engagements are with organisations only. We do not take on private individuals, home users or personal equipment, and we do not repair or diagnose computers.

What is the minimum engagement?

Organizations with ten or more staff who need access. Below that, our operating model does not make sense for either side, and we will say so honestly.

How the work is delivered

What will our staff have to do?

Nothing technical. We configure everything on our side and your team receives ready access. Staff are not asked to obtain, run or load anything, and they are not asked to follow a set of steps before they can work.

Does anyone need to visit our offices?

No. New sites are brought into the arrangement remotely, which is how we serve organisations nationwide from our base in Denver.

How long does a rollout take?

A pilot group is usually live within a few weeks of the design being approved, and the wider rollout follows in agreed batches. The pace is set around your working calendar rather than ours.

Can you handle many offices at once?

Yes. Multi-site estates are handled as one arrangement with a single repeating method, so the tenth site is no harder than the second and every location behaves the same way.

Identity, policy and oversight

How do you know who should have access?

We confirm each person against the authorised list you provide, bind them to a role, and record the approval behind it. Both the person and the machine are confirmed before access opens.

Whose equipment is included?

Company-owned equipment that your organisation has approved. Personal machines are never enrolled, whatever the circumstances.

Can we change the arrangement later?

Yes, and we expect it. Roles change constantly, so adjustments are routine. Requests pass through a single intake that we operate, and each change is recorded.

What happens when someone leaves?

Access is withdrawn promptly when we are told, and the withdrawal joins the record. Temporary and seasonal access also carries an end date, so it retires on its own if nobody asks.

Records, assurance and commercial matters

What records do we get?

A monthly summary as standard, quarterly access reviews, and prepared extracts for audits or internal review. Everything is written in plain language rather than raw output.

What if something goes wrong?

We handle it on our side, contain the immediate issue, and bring you a plain account of what happened, what we did and what we recommend. Escalation reaches a person who can decide.

How is pricing worked out?

By engagement. We use a fixed-scope model for defined pieces of work and a managed plan for continuous service. Quotes are itemised and shaped by staff numbers, roles, sites, systems and reporting needs.
