Do not sell or share my personal information
This page exists because the law asks organisations to provide it. The short answer is that we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing for you to switch off.
We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 10 or more staff who need access.
Our position, stated plainly
Deskuria LLC does not sell personal information, and we have not done so in the past twelve months. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not operate a business that depends on doing either. We are a business-to-business provider, and the information we hold is almost entirely work contact details belonging to people acting for an organisation.
Why the page still matters
California law, particularly the CCPA and CPRA, gives individuals the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information, and requires businesses to offer a route for that request. We publish this page so that the route exists, even though our answer is already that no sale or sharing takes place. If our position ever changed, we would say so here and give you a working way to opt out before any such change took effect.
Rights you can exercise
- To know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used.
- To access a copy of that information.
- To correct information that is inaccurate.
- To delete information we no longer need to keep.
- To opt out of sale or sharing, which as explained does not apply to us, but the request can still be made.
- Not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
How to make a request
Write to [email protected], or by post to Deskuria LLC, 1550 Wewatta Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202, with enough detail for us to identify you and the information concerned. We will acknowledge the request, verify it, and respond within the time the law allows. An authorised representative may make a request on your behalf where the law permits, and we may ask for proof of that authority.
Business information held for our customers
Much of the information we handle belongs to the organisations we serve, who decide why it is held. When a request concerns information of that kind, we will tell you and refer it to the organisation, supporting it as far as we properly can. Either way, you will receive a clear answer from us rather than a silent redirect.
