Managed secure remote access, designed and operated for your organisation

Deskuria plans, configures and runs the arrangements that let your employees, contractors and partners reach the internal systems they need, from wherever the work happens. We configure everything on our side, we operate the service for you, and your people receive ready access. No technical work is required from your staff.

We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 10 or more staff who need access.

What Deskuria is

Deskuria LLC is an independent provider of managed setup and operation of secure remote access for organisations. We work for the employer, never for the individual. An engagement starts with your own access rules, your own internal systems and your own working patterns, and we build the operating arrangement that satisfies all three. We are deliberately business-only: every engagement is with a company, a public body, a school, an administrative clinic office or a non-profit. We never take on a household, a single worker or a private subscriber.

Because our work is operational rather than retail, we do not serve home users, we do not act on personal equipment and we do not diagnose or repair anybody's computer. If a member of staff has a problem with a privately owned machine, that sits outside our scope and we say so plainly. What we own is the access arrangement itself: how your organisation's systems are reached, by whom, under which conditions, and what evidence is left behind afterwards.

What we handle for you

  • Design. We map roles, systems and working hours onto a written access arrangement that you approve before anything goes live.
  • Onboarding. We bring groups of staff into the arrangement in controlled phases, so a pilot team is working before the wider organisation joins.
  • Identity and verification. We confirm who a person is and that the machine they use belongs to the organisation before access is granted.
  • Policy and governance. We hold the rules of use, the review cycle and the approval trail in one place you can audit.
  • Requests and records. New starters, leavers, changes and evidence requests pass through a single intake that we operate for you.
  • Assurance. We check the arrangement on an ongoing basis and report to you on a schedule you choose.

Secure access design

Roles, systems and working patterns translated into a documented arrangement that matches how your teams actually operate, not a template pulled off a shelf.

02

Onboarding and rollout

Phased introduction with a pilot group first, clear communication to staff, and a defined point at which the wider organisation joins.

Identity and verification

Every person confirmed and every company machine enrolled before a single connection is opened on your behalf.

Written rules of use, review points and approvals, held together so an auditor can follow the trail end to end.

How an engagement works

Every engagement follows the same four movements, though the pace changes with the size of the organisation and the number of sites involved.

  1. Scoping conversation. We learn which systems matter, who needs to reach them and from where. You receive a written summary of what we understood.
  2. Design and approval. We produce the arrangement and you sign it off before any configuration begins on our side.
  3. Pilot and rollout. A small group goes live first. We watch how it behaves in practice, adjust, then extend to the rest of the organisation in agreed batches.
  4. Operation. Once live, we run the service, take the requests, keep the records and report to you. Your staff simply reach what they need.

Where we operate

We are based in Denver, Colorado and work with organisations across the United States. New sites are brought in remotely, so a new office, a satellite desk or a temporary project location does not need a visit from us to join the arrangement. Where an organisation has many locations, the rollout follows the same method each time, which keeps the experience consistent for staff in every region.

Who this fits

Deskuria suits organisations that already have internal systems worth protecting and a workforce that no longer sits in one building. Professional firms, agencies, schools, administrative clinic teams, engineering practices and non-profits are typical. If you have ten or more staff who need access and you would rather have the access arrangement operated for you than assembled by your own team, we are built for that.
